Although patients frequent dialysis, but always need intake fluid. The intake fluid amount is about 1000ml per day for patients anuria, the variety weight is a index to measure whether patients fit for the planned diet, the gain weight should not more than 0.5kg per 24 hours, more gain weight means polyposia or excessive fliud retention in people’s body.

Because of the cumulation of the toxic products and waste material, patients may present neuropsychiatric symptoms, when nurse paid attention to patients’ conscious state and other neurosigns, they should do well protection work for encephalopathy at the same time, as add bed file, restraint strap and so on, and do well life care, mental nursing for patients.

Hemodialysis patients need so many drugs, and most drugs excreted by liver or kidney, so please avoid using nephrotoxic drugs.

Strictly enforce the aseptic technique when doing the dialysis, infection prevention. Well done the disinfection of machine and dialyzer before and after dialysis, keep clean and dry for internal and external fistula, non-dialysis personnel should wear respirator and hat when transfer patients.
