?Care when doing dialysis:

① Write down patients’ body temperature, breath, pulse and blood pressure every 30 to 60 minutes, 15 to 30 minutes for critical patients, in order to detect and timely treatment complications that may occurred when dialysis. And adjust the dialysis plan according to the record result at the same time. There sre serious complications like hemorrhage, haert-throb, congestive heart failure, respiratory arrest, miocardial infarction, ect. when doing dialysis, so the nurse should observe carefully and do the repair job of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.

② Observing blood flow, venous pressure, whether the blood layer, the colour of blood and dialysate carefully, increasing heparin dosage if layering, blood coagulation or suggesting less amount of heparin. Dialysate’s colour change to red shows that membranes has ruptured, please stop the treatment and displace the dialyzer.
